What You'll Do
Prepare individual, business, trust, and nonprofit tax returns
Handle monthly bookkeeping and financial statements for small business clients
Communicate directly with clients on open items and questions
Contribute to ongoing efforts to modernize our workflow and integrate new tools
Take on increasing responsibility as your skills and client relationships grow

CPA or EA
Interest in preparing business returns - partnerships, S-corps, corporations - is required; experience with this work is a strong plus
A genuine interest in how technology and AI tools can improve accounting work is important, and experience selecting or implementing business systems is a plus
Interest in providing tax advisory services to real estate clients is a plus
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Charlottesville, Virginia. Relocation assistance available.
